sophisticated overlays for each of our individual clients.
DESIGN
Preserve those special memories for years to come. Once you have narrowed down your wedding images to your final picks, the design process begins.
There are two layout styles:
Flush Mounted or Traditional Mounted
Flush Mounted layouts are digitally designed to fill the entire page. We arrange images in a graphic overlay style. This allows us to incorporate many of your shots as background elements. Flush mounted layouts are available with our Custom Handmade Albums.
Traditionally Mounted layouts are individual prints placed in hand cut page design. The prints range in size from 2”x 3” to 8”x 12”. Each page can contain anywhere from 1 - 5 prints, depending on print and album size. Individual prints are trimmed, placed in a hand cut window and mounted on a rigid page. All pages are archivally sprayed for their protection. Traditionally mounted layouts are available with our Custom Handmade Albums.
All layouts are skillfully designed in-house by Gilbertbrowning Studios. This allows complete control to customize the book layout and match it to your style. This process takes us between 2 - 3 weeks. Once the design is complete, we will email you a final PDF design for your approval. At this point, any final changes can be made. It will then be sent off to the book binder. This process takes between 6 - 8 weeks.

COFFEE TABLE BOOKS
Great Parent or final book...
Using Flush Mounted layout styles and printing them directly onto the page we create our thinner, fine art Coffee Table Books. Pages are protected with a varnish coating giving them a lustrous look and satiny feel. All albums feature a white vellum sheet placed in front of the first printed page.
Our top Coffee Table Book comes is a 10” x 10” album. Available in black, brown, bordeaux and saddle leather (also available in faux leather). All other book covers are printed and designed full bleed, front to back. These books have a protective coating to preserve there appearance for years to come.

Traditional layout;
Individual print sizes range from 3 x 5 - 8 x 12. Traditional prints and custom hand mounting make this album a classic.
Flush Mounted (digital);
Depending on either horizontal or vertical format this album offers an impressive 10” x 30” or 15” x 20” double page spread. This offers the most space and therefore the most elaborate layouts.
