APPROACH
Architectural photography requires a specific set of tools and skills to achieve compelling images of physical structures. A comprehension of lighting and space, paired with the ability to choose dynamic angles and perspectives, is the fundamental backbone of our images. We carefully balance the available light with studio strobes to enhance and highlight the natural elements of a design. Controlling perspective and color while blending available and artificial light, we work to maintain the integrity of the space’s original design.
DIGITAL EQUIPMENT
At Gilbertbrowning Studios, to help achieve our unique perspective we have paired ®Phase One’s high resolution 22 mega pixel digital back with ®Cambo’s Ultra-Wide 4 x 5 view camera. The wide angle view this pairing creates allows us to properly capture the full grander of your interior or exterior spaces. Using the Ultra-Wide angle, we also have the ability to portray small spaces in a big way.
To capture the details and elements of your design from a closer perspective we use ®Phase One’s back with the ®Hasselblad medium format system. Pairing high resolution detail shots of your space with our Ultra-Wide perspectives, we highlight the overall feel and design of your project.
DIGITAL STUDIO
Our in house digital studio is outfitted with the latest file capture and image manipulation software on the market. We have put years of experience into our digital workflow and are proud to provide the highest quality digital file production possible. We are able to process, large, hi res digital captures and produce files to any size or specification our clients require. Gilbertbrowning Studios takes pride in its image output and stylized studio signature. Combining color preparation and image enhancements we create dynamic images that will exceed expectations.
CORPORATE ARCHITECTURE
Our ability to translate architecture ensures a dynamic visual representation that will properly depict your companies achievements. The Ultra-Wide angle allows us to capture the grander of your space. To promote the original design’s composition we pair creative lighting with unique perspectives.
Gilbertbrowning Studios works with magazines, architects, interior designers, and construction professionals to create stylized photographs. We produce images for annual reports, online portfolios, corporate brochures, and all other advertising campaigns.
RESIDENTIAL ARCHITECTURE
To promote the key points of a room we skillfully interpret the available light and incorporate our own to create a balanced final product. Gilbertbrowning Studios works with magazines, architects, interior designers, construction professionals and private owners to create stylized photographs. We produce images for print & online portfolios, brochures, and advertisements.
FEES & RIGHTS
Gilbertbrowning Studios bids architecture work on a per quote basis. We use half day and full day rates. We charge an hourly rate for file preperation and digital retouching. Usage Rights are also billed on a per quote basis.
The industry standard rights and usage enures that your images are protected. Reproduction rights are based upon how often and how widely photographs are to be used. To make it easy we also offer Flat Rate Unlimited Rights or Exclusive Buyout Licenses. If owners, contractors, consultants or product suppliers are interested in sharing the expenses we offer Multiple Usage Licensing prices.
